Being the ‘man making’ means, higher educational institutions are the centre of developing the greatest ability because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, when fulfilled, can be translated into benefits for everyone. However, higher educational institutions remain lifeless edifices, the body without soul without the utmost contribution and commitment of the teachers and taught.
